PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING THIS WEBSITE OR USING OUR SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF USE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS OF USE, PLEASE DO NOT ACCESS THIS WEBSITE.
These Terms of Use apply to your access to and use of nationwidedirectloans-offer.com and any other website or online service where these Terms of Use are posted (collectively, the “Website”), operated by Pathway Lenders LLC d/b/a Nationwide Direct Loans (“Nationwide,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Use do not alter the terms or conditions of any loan agreement or other agreement you may have with Nationwide.
These Terms of Use affect your legal rights, including an agreement to resolve disputes that may arise between us by arbitration on an individual basis instead of by class actions or jury trials.
Nationwide Direct Loans offers fixed-rate personal installment loans from $2,500 to $75,000. Annual Percentage Rates (APRs) range from 5.99% to 29.99% and include a required origination fee of 4.9%, which is financed into the loan. Your loan will have a fixed rate and a fixed monthly payment for the life of the loan.
The actual loan amount, term, and APR you qualify for will vary based on our credit determination, including your credit history, income, and existing financial obligations, as well as applicable state law. Minimum loan amounts may vary by state. All loans are subject to credit review and approval, and the approval process may take longer if additional documents are requested.
Checking your rate generates a soft inquiry on your credit report, which is visible only to you and will not affect your credit score. If you choose to move forward with a loan, a hard inquiry will be run prior to funding, which could affect your credit score. If you accept your loan, repayment information will be reported to the credit bureaus.
To receive a loan, you must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident, currently reside in the United States, and be at least 18 years old. Eligibility for a loan is not guaranteed. We may decline your request for a loan if we determine that you do not meet our credit criteria, if your income is too low to support your current financial obligations along with the new loan, if any information on your application is omitted or incorrect, or if we are unable to verify your identity. Loan offers may not be transferred to anyone else.
Nationwide Direct Loans is not responsible for errors made by any credit reporting agency. With your prior consent, calls with the company may be recorded or monitored for quality assurance and training purposes.
All loans are made by Pathway Lenders LLC d/b/a Nationwide Direct Loans.

WHILE NATIONWIDE WILL USE REASONABLE EFFORTS TO ENSURE THAT ALL INFORMATION AND MATERIALS AVAILABLE ON THIS WEBSITE ARE ACCURATE, UP-TO-DATE, AND RELIABLE, THE WEBSITE AND ALL INFORMATION, SERVICES, PRODUCTS, AND MATERIALS CONTAINED HEREIN ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” AND ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, QUALITY OF INFORMATION, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. NATIONWIDE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE WEBSITE OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE OF THIS WEBSITE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
IN NO EVENT SHALL NATIONWIDE OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR OTHER DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR ACCESS TO THIS WEBSITE OR ITS CONTENT, EVEN IF NATIONWIDE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE. IN NO EVENT SHALL NATIONWIDE’S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THIS WEBSITE EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS LESS. PLEASE READ THIS PROVISION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. YOU AND NATIONWIDE AGREE TO GIVE UP ANY RIGHTS TO LITIGATE CLAIMS IN A COURT OR BEFORE A JURY OR TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION WITH RESPECT TO A CLAIM. OTHER RIGHTS THAT YOU WOULD HAVE IF YOU WENT TO COURT, SUCH AS ACCESS TO DISCOVERY, ALSO MAY BE UNAVAILABLE OR LIMITED IN ARBITRATION.
Any dispute between you and Nationwide, its agents, employees, officers, directors, successors, assigns, subsidiaries, or affiliates arising from or relating to these Terms of Use, their interpretation, breach, termination, or validity, or the relationships which result from these Terms of Use, including disputes about the validity, scope, or enforceability of this arbitration provision (collectively, “Covered Disputes”), will be settled by binding arbitration. Prior to initiating any arbitration, the initiating party will give the other party at least sixty (60) days’ advance written notice of its intent to file for arbitration. The notice must (1) include your name and address, (2) describe the nature and basis of the claim or dispute, and (3) set forth the specific relief sought.
During the 60-day notice period, the parties will endeavor to settle any Covered Dispute amicably. Failing such settlement, either party may initiate arbitration. The arbitrator will conduct proceedings by telephone or videoconference unless in-person appearances are requested and approved by the arbitrator. The arbitrator will have the power to grant whatever relief would be available in court under law or in equity, and any award will be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Any Covered Dispute will be submitted to arbitration on an individual basis only. Neither Nationwide nor you are entitled to arbitrate any Covered Dispute as a class, representative, or private attorney general action. If any provision of this arbitration agreement is found illegal or unenforceable, the remaining arbitration terms shall continue to be fully valid, binding, and enforceable (but in no case will there be a class, representative, or private attorney general arbitration). These Terms of Use are governed by the Federal Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C. §§ 1–16, and, where otherwise applicable, the laws of the State of California.
